Many major veterinary practices in the Freeville area are part of chains or larger organizations. This independent practice sets themselves apart from competitors with their caring local ownership.
I studied up on pet brand logos and found that too many of them were just boring. Pets are fun and playful - shouldn’t pet business logos be, too?
From the beginning, my goal was to make something really cute and loveable that spoke to the local roots while still projecting professionalism and trust.
The solution was a logo with a handmade font and a simplified, endearing cat’s face in place of the O. A slightly oversized red heart over the “i” reminds clients that love for pets is at the center of everything that Tompkins Vet does.
